Well I got finished eating some bad A BBQ chicken with all the trimmings!! My resident Chef and I made a new video for you on How to cook Beef Stew. I didn't have a good Stew recipe until now Thanks to Mr. Thomas Wilhelm. Mr. Wilhelm has been a professional Chef for the last 15 years and now he works with me Lucky me!!! Good afternoon peeps! How r u guys doing I hope well! We are getting a little wind and rain in Thibodaux La from Tropical Depression Cindy My mom's name!! While the family watches tv and plays video games Brandon Comeaux 19 and Leon DrinkH2o 10 dad is in the work shop making something very cool! When ever we use our Cajun Hibachi or griddle cook top my wife always wants a lid for steaming. So I go inside and get an aluminum medium size salad bowl. It works good but how do you get it off of the cook top? the pic below shows one with a handle but is only good for the cook top! I made a magnetic thing to use on the griddle and one could still put salad in the bowl. please let me know what you think. Thanks in advance!! Check this video out peeps!! Captains log 6-18-17 Fathers Day!!!
Good Morning,
Its Fathers Day and I am proud to be a Father of four boys. Bryce,Brandon,Brody & Leon. They are great kids and young men. I have been hard and fair with them and one day they will realize what's up! Thanks to my wife Tiffiny for blessing me with my kids, you are the best love!! I don't know if we will go to Grand Isle or make a YouTube cooking video with our pressure cooker. A big shout out to my Dad for being the best Dad ever!! Thanks Dad!!

Captains Log 6-17-17 Selling ford moving Momma out of her class room!!
Good Morning,
Its Saturday and I will well our family will be helping Tiff move out of her class room. She has a new teaching job at LCO. Its going to be about an hour ride each way to work for her and the baby. I am selling my 2012 Ford F-150 Fx4 pick up truck so we can pay off Tiffs old Fiat . It will help with bills and later on I can buy an older pick up with a diesel and stick!!! It will be a Ford or a Dodge with the old 12 valve Cummings or the Power Choke NO CHEVY PIECE OF SHIT!!!
